I started bodybuilding about a year ago, and I've gain great results. I just need to do it more often. While walking around the city, I have only seen one person with larger than average muscle mass. So I'm wondering: how many of you are bodybuilders?hurr durr long winded

Though some people do higher amount of reps in a set = Not the bulky look.

I started when I was 11 now I'm 15 hitting 16. Pretty good results, just not school/job interfering with my workout. I'm not really a bodybuilder I just like to stay fit & healthy. :] I really hate it when I see "7 out of 10 Americans you see are over weight" I just want to prove them wrong. Sadly.. >_>

Meh, i dont lift, but i am overly muscular for my age.
My friend's a wimp, and has taken up to a gayer deed- female bodybuilders.

I started lifting in 9th grade. I graduated and kind of stopped lifting.

I started around half a year ago and now my arms are bulky. I use free weights that are 8kg each.

Since my diet is random, all the rest of my body is a bit fat Sad

And all those rumours about "if you do this you won't grow" are baloney; I'm 15 and 1.85m.

Well I kind of am... I do a routine..
My stomach is big though... only my arms are big.
10KG weights.

i dont weight lift, and i dont plan on being a body builder, but i DID try to work out

i was doing like 300 sit ups and 10 right-angled push ups... was hard as hell but i almost got some muscles ;-;

Yes and it does cut you up so you look more "ripped".
