They thought a terrorist was killing people when u obviously see the people kill them self. Its about sum kind of sound u hear and it makes you kill yourself of u hear it and some dumass girl turned off her ipod just to hear it and she got a chopstick and stabbed herslef in the fucking neck.
Then half the city hangs themselves on trees and jumps off buildings and some dumbass jumps into a cage with a lion in it and some construction guy got the bulldozer and ran infront of it. and some more idiots did jackass things like a grandma smashed her head though every single piece of glass found. and a guy lied down infront of a tractor.

According to wikipedia, the trees made them do it. I haven't bothered to watch the movie, though, and you know how reliable a source wikipedia is.

...but where did the screech come from? And why didn't they get rope like a sensible person, instead of VINES? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life, besides shoopdawhoop, but shoopdawhoop came with a picture so that's acceptable.
EDIT: Lol, I just read the wikipedia thing again, and I had 'the mist' confused with 'the happening.' People just randomly hear a noise and kill themselves... hmm... I bet it was Rick Astley. Hearing that song ONE MORE TIME would make me want to kill myself. Think about it, though, first: you hear the song. You're motionless cuz you're surprised you were dumb enough to fall for the lame rickroll. Then, to your horror, you realize you can't turn it off! Normal, I just rip the battery out of my computer, but I can't rip the battery out of my eardrum, so yeah.

The Happening was an OK movie. If you think The Happening was the worst horror movie ever made, then you haven't watched many horror movies.
