or u can go for a good couple of mmorpg games

2. cabal (europe , america etc.)

Do you need skills to play wow? No.
All you need is know what each skill does, and grind the best gear. Then your the best.
I'd say Savage 2. It's 100% Free, but you can buy Premium Version, which gives you access to some other stuff.
Savage 2 is a game where you need skills. And it's a pretty new game from what i know.

If you're looking for free games, there's always S4 League, all weapons/skills are available at lvl 1 and as far as I know, clothing for your character does little more than make you look pretty. The only incentative for using payshop is to get a bigger selection of clothing and get items which makes you level up faster (which means you can wear nicer clothes?).
It's still pretty new though, so I don't know if they'll pull anything that makes it "YOU PAY MORE AND PLAY MORE AND GET MOAR ITAMS"
