OKay when i click on my scroll wheel on my mouse it shows the icon where if you move your cursor around it, it will scroll the browser page. and everytime i click it, it always stays there no matter what, it wont go away unless i restart my computer and its very irritating.. can u please help me fix this annoying problem? im getting a very bad headache from the constant scrolling

It could be a problem with the mouse itself. If it does this with other mice as well, it could be a driver problem...

i might as well get a new mouse... but thatll take awhile... xP oh well i just gotta avoid pressing the wheel down

Maybe you don't need to get a new mouse. If you know what you are doing, then open up the mouse and see if there is anything obscuring the scroll wheel from not clicking twice. Anyways, good luck.
