Every 2 or 3 minutes, my internet spikes and freezes for 10 seconds. This is happening in every game I play. I called my ISP and they said nothing is wrong.

What could be causing this?

No, I don't have any spyware, adware, viruses, trojans, whatever.

My ISP is COX (worst ISP on earth. Maybe that's why)
