Allergy Season & You!

As we all know! It's defiantly Allergy Season. I'm partially Asian, so Allergies have a huge impact on me, and probably 40 other million Americans through out the U.S. I want to know your solutions, experiences, and what so ever about your Allergies. I know I've tried everything! Below, I've listed some questions. Please read threw them thoroughly and reply.

• What are you Allergic too? I'm Allergic to Grass Pollen, Dust Mites, and that's all I know of.
  
• What do you do to solve your Allergies? Take Claritin at night time daily, and wash my hands and face every hour or so.
  
• Why is Allergy Season in Spring? Well, read here.
  

A Major suggestion to anyone with Allergies! Try the Neti-Pot! Aside from from the Neti-Pot being completely embarrassing, it does fix the problem. They can be found at your local pharmacy, and I use it when ever I get an Allergy attack.

Common Methods to avoid Allergies!
Keep your hands away from your face, all the dust/anything your Allergic too touching your face isn't a good thing.
If you have a serious Allergic attack, tell some one! Don't be embarrassed, it may be more serious than you think.
