How do I cheat?

hey everybody.

lets say ive got an ip range ban on a game, so i wonder, what program can i use as a proxy to connect other app, like mIRC, through the proxy and bypass for instance ip range bans?

HI, THX

only one prob, usually it lags very much and i get ping kicked but is there a solution to this prob in any way?
