You must have downloaded something that has a terrible virus in it.
You should scan your downloads before OPENING them.
Opening the downloads will release the virus.
Get AVG Virus Free, it will clean as much as it can get out.

This is how i deleted it from my friends comp.
Go to the controlpanel then remove or add programs and delete it from there.
Then download spyware doctor and find serial in youtube.
then download hijackthis V2 and delete it from there.
And then all gone

Are you serious? You can remove this type of virus from the add and remove programs menu? LOL. Shitty viruses (I guess it's a good thing though.)
What I suggest you use is malware bytes anti-malware scanner.

This is not ad-ware or spyware as the instance indicated.
The intervalhehehe thing was easily searched, and looks to be what OP or someone using their computer thought was a cracked version of Winrar:

Do the steps that our friendly users told you to do.
After that, I suggest turning on System Restore, or Download DeepFreeze.
Just do not download to untrusted sites.
Optional:
Download SiteAdvisor. It will block the site if it has a malicious/unsafe content.
