Hey guys, I just wanted an opinion, is it worth it to get a GTX 260, when I already I have a 8800GTS 512mb OCed?

depends on your other computer specs, and also what you'll be using your computer for. for teh most part, i doubt its worth it unless you have plenty of money to spend

If your other components are in the same relative class as the 8800GTS, it might not be worth it to upgrade only your GPU.

Well here are my specs,

E8400 3.0GHZ trying to Overclock, havent had much luck.

GPU: Nvidia 8800GTS 512

4GB RAM

320gb HD

well depending on what game you play, it will probably help you out, but if i were you, i'd save the money as the card you have right now will suffice. however if you want to start running the higher end games at higher settings, you might want to look into the 260

Well i just came into some money doing jobs, and i cant decide what to upgrade on my computer. Like RAM, GPU, new Hard Drive. Any suggestions?

i would say wait a bit... new years and spring are coming up... for sure their going to be coming out with better stuff and hopefully reduce prices on previous hardware, i would definately suggest waiting if you can.

uhh i got a 19 inch LCD monitor, 1280 by 1024 res.

I doubt you are hideously GPU bound yet at that resolution.

well i mean its that resolution for like desktop yea... but in game and such like Crysis, there is anti aliasing and shading and such, i just figured 1280 was good enough, so i got a 19inch monitor... plus i only had like 100 dollars.

You'll be fine with the 19" and that card. Towards upcoming sales, you could always upgrade to a 22" 16:10 (1650x1050) and a better GPU.
