| so i am so happy i am getting an iPod chromatic on boxing day. by bday is 3 days before christmas, what colour of an iPod should i get blue or black?

Well when firmware v3 came out, the menus froze when using a custom background sometimes, and there's no way to make it display only Album Artist instead of both, which gets annoying with my 80GB full of music. However, the former was fixed in v3.1 and the latter isn't much of a problem for the normal user. I see no reason for anybody to get an iPod for only music (iTouch would be more for games than music imo). Zunes (all gens) can use new firmware as it comes out, so there isn't any sort of barrier between them, and file type support is great (compared to almost every other popular media player).

They suck because they can play FM/AM radio, have voice recording, don't use Ishit, can transfer from zune to com and vice virsa, also they don't have the whole ipod to be wiped just to add a few songs, and Zunes only come in liek one color.

Zunes also suck because they never come with warranty, break easily,
and they only come in 1 color.
