Im learning C, and was wondering what practical game hacking uses there are for it. I know you can write DLL's in C, but are those only for programs written in C? Also can you change the value of something in a program with a trainer written in C?

For game hacking purposes you want to use ReadProcessMemory and WriteProcessMemory.
