Is it possible to make a trainer using Visual C++ Express?
I saw on google saying it's not possible

Then google was wrong. I use Express. (dam parents wonnt let me get a cracked one)

Of course it's possible, but you will need the Platform SDK first off with VS Express.

It works the same way in every language that can call the Win32 API.
