It's all in your head I eat 5-10 pounds of food a day I had like 3 potatoes last night and two for breakfash this morning it was delicious but I'm not gaining any weight it's my stupid hypermetabolism and also I excersise a lot so the calories are burnt really soon after added to the glucose and lactore caches in my muscles which is sad cause I can't bet buff either just tone unless I do the whole tearing muscles thing to build bulk but that doesn't make you any stronger there are old men in india all skin and bones hardly any muscle that can benchpress the same as an olympic bodybuilder cause they throw 100lb sacks of rice around all day for work and they eat like one bowl of rice for the whole day I should move to india
