Well im trying to hook up two monitors to my 8600 with both DVI ports
but only 1 shows the screen and in order for the other one to show i have to disconnect the other one..
so simply its only wokring on one
ITS a nivida 8600GTS superclocked and it says dual display support on the box
any help? _________________

Did you set it to dualview in the driver options? |

Got it working but now one question, lets say i want to watch a video on one and play a game on the other one.. hwo would i configure the settings for this _________________

@ the same place, fool around some there.
theres 2 options.
one wide screen (of the 2 screens) or 2 different desktops. |

Drag the movie window where your taskbar DOESNT show, and then maximize it there. Your game will start where your taskbar is. FINITO.  _________________

Drag movie to screen1, maximize, open your game. from the screen where you have your taskbar. _________________

Right click on desktop > Personal Settings > Monitor settings.
Then there should be a scrollbar you can click on, then choose second option. Then you should be able to control both screens.
If that doesn't work, then press Fn+F3 until it works.(That's an option I have, but I don't know if you have it. _________________
