Do you have any other examples of that font, perhaps with other letters (lowercase) or without the effects?

It's hard to identify with just that.

It's a photoshopped image-based font.
Don't rely that as a real official font.

Its like you create the fonts from shapes, the paint key, etc etc. Its not actually a font but an image basically...
