IDM, or Internet Download Manager, available here, has a feature to automatically start downloading certain file types from websites (on by default).
Download/Install the trial and start listening to something on Slacker web radio. Each song will trigger a download via IDM. The songs will automatically skip in Slacker, so you can continue to download the files.

NOTE: File naming is shitty, ID3 tags are sometimes missing. Just thought it was funny how this has gone unnoticed, not necessarily saying that it's an effective way to steal music. Yes, I posted this on slacker forums (if it's even up still).
