One that would tell you if someone has blocked you or not.

P.S, I googled for it and a message came up saying that one of the sites was reported to be fraudulent and takes your info.

What isn't possible? The scan?

If the scan, trust me, it is true.

Also, the file was ONLY 70kb... idk how they managed to put so much crap into it.

Ofcourse it is. You have those online blockcheckers (http://blockchecker.msnfanatic.com/) They are just testing if someone is online atm. If they are but not in your MSN list, they blocked you.

I tried using that site but it always said that they were offline, even though they weren't.

Just to let you know, the blockchecker will only works if they are using an old version of MSN. The new Windows Live Messenger have an option that's automaticly enabled which prevents such websites from getting the information whether a person is online or not.

And a program that lets you know if someone actually blocked your or not doesn't exsist. Atleast it's not public.

Try blockedstatus.com. I use it and it seems to be somewhat accurate. Doesn't work all the time though.
