| I'm trying to learn VB to create bots and such but when I try to make a new project with it I get "Requested registry access is not allowed". I only just got VB2008 today and it had this problem since the start. Anyone know how to fix it?

Re-install it?
That has never happened to me , but maybe a simple re-install may fix it.

Hmm didn't work :\
I'll try restarting my computer later, thanks for the suggestion
EDIT: restarted, didn't do much, sigh.

If you're using vista, remember to Run As Admin !

| Try cleaning your registry. If that doesn't help then run as admin (if you're on Vista). If it is XP also log in to admin and run it.
