can cheat engine open dumps and cheat on them throught there cuz i wanna cheat on my psp games

you can let ce open a file and then scan for values and edit them in that file.
One of the more usefull features of this is that you can open one file, do a unknown initial value scan, then open a 2nd dump (e.g one taken later) and then a increased/decreased or whatever. The searchresults get saved when you switch files. So as long as the startaddress of the dumps stay the same this'll allow you to find stuff and change it.

Of course, being a psp I recommend 1 byte scans
