If i so would connect my xbox360 using hdmi, and my computer dvi. how would i be able to fast switch between these two? without actually going back and remove one of the cables.
- the monitor support both kind of cables.
Another question regarding tvs.
What are the minimum "specs" for a tv to get a decent picture from a xbox360. would any tv with hdmi work fine?

I don't have any personal experience in that field, but I would assume you'd need to get yourself a KVM switch or something similar, unless you intend to reconnect each of the cables. If the monitor's smart enough, it may allow you to choose which input device to receive a signal from.
I think an HD ready (720p/720i) or full-HD (1080p) capable TV should take advantage of the console's graphics.

The monitor's OSD should have an option to select the input manually, all my LCD's do so I would imagine yours will.
As far as TV's are concerned, there's no real way to tell on paper how good they are, it's best to see them in person. Contrast ratios and resolutions can tell you part of the picture, but on such a large purchase your eye is the best judge.
Also don't be fooled into buying $100 HDMI cables, I got mine on sale for $1.86 at monoprice.com, and it's the same damn thing.
