Cheat Engine

The blue stripes are where there's a gradient, and since Vista is pure eyecandy, gradients are everywhere. It's my icons, my background, my start button, my pictures, my movies, my games, EVERYWHERE.
Does ANYONE know how to fix it?
I am running Vista Home Premium 32bit, 4gig ram, GeForce 8600GS and a 2.2GHz AMD Turion.

My computer is an AMILIO Xa 2528, Fujitsu Siemens.

I didn't really get what you were asking but if i got it right your video card is going bad, or your monitor

Those blue stripes you see on the picture are everywhere.
I have the newest of EVERY driver on my computer. Everything is up to date.
I restarted it earlier today, and that shit happened.

Did you take a picture of your monitor with a camera or is this a messed up screen shot? I can't see anything from that picture.

I took a picture with my mobile, but i see it like that.
The blue coloring.

The Universal logo is a blue globe with a blue aurora hue. If you want help then stop fuckin around and take a picture with a real camera on a black background so we can see what the hell is going on.

Crappy mobile phones with low pixel support will take crappy pictures or produce weird coloring or effects.
