how can i be sure that he is a "hacker"
hes annoying since hes showing off that he hacks and crap (even though nobody ever seen him hack lol)

~btw i know that kiddie programs aren't "Hacking"

Ask him what his "hacking abilities" are limited to, and ask him to hack an admin account via student account. If he doesn't know how or says that impossible, then tell him he is not a real hacker.

Just ask him to get online and take control of your computer through command prompt if he's a hacker that should be easy for him. Any medium level hacker can get past any antivirus and windows firewall and take full control of your system but since i think he doesent know shit he'll just make up an excuse
