Go to your gfx card settings and disable hotkeys.
i.e. nvidea, right click the icon in the system tray and go to properties.

Have you tried accessing it via Control Panel > NVIDIA Control Panel?

By the way, if that doesn't work.
Try this; I hope it helps.

Firstly, go to Control Panel.
Double click on the Intel driver.
Select "Hotkeys" under Display Device.
Disable all Hotkeys.
