ok here is what happened i downloaded a hack for my game but when i opened the hack it said "get off my comp" and like 1 second later "i warned you" and it closed down all my programs and when i tried to open them again it said something like "you do not have sufficent rights to access this program please contact the administrator" and it did that on everything my internet my games everything except the "my computer" i could use that just i couldnt use things like system restore or any program that could help me fix the problem my last resort is to do a system whipe if i cant fix Sad

im writing this on another computer so i dont have any screenshots.

Every program?
Turn off your anti virus, try to click a program. If that doesn't work, right Click a program and run as an administrator.
