Well she didn't put any names so no one knows who the ID# belongs to.
My grades are posted online, but I have to log in to check them out.

Let me guess. You're student 104275, right?
Well, in general, minors do not have rights. Sad, but true. So the constitutional right to privacy does not apply to you, so even if she used your actual name and not just an ID, it would still be legal.
The courts have made exceptions, though, e.g., a girl's right to have an abortion without her parent's consent or notification. So with that in mind, if you have the money, I imagine you can find some lawyer to take her or your school to court and have them take down the site.

97 is an A+ in your school? Is this elementary school? A+ in my school is 99 and 100...
But it is legal.

| All schools have different grading systems. Just because they have lower standards for A+'s, doesn't mean it would be an elementary school. My entire school district doesn't even have A+'s. Everything is unweighted as well, so if there were A+'s, they wouldn't matter.

| It's an invasion of privacy so I would think it's illegal.

How would it be an invasion of privacy? Everything you do in the schools = theirs... Not yours. Your teachers might say they are "your grades", but they are really the schools information on how smart or dumb you are.
So, they can do whatever they want. amrite?

That's like me saying "Well you are part of <insert country here> so they kind of own all your information like social security number, financial info, and basically everything else. So I guess they can just hand out fliers with all this shit on it." amrite?

No, that isn't like it at all. That is completely different.
-- Anyways, they share this in a secure way (ID) and unless you are an idiot that gives out your ID... It shouldn't matter at all...

It is like it because it's their info they can do what they want with it they have as much control over that as teachers have with grades and anyone can find out an ID easily like at lunch or something unless it's dif.

On your bill of rights for students, I'm sure you can question your teacher or ask her to take it off if you feel the need too. And I don't know if it's legal or not. =T Never had it done to me.
