It Seems That When Ever i make a trainer the cheats wont stay
Every time i make a trainer for halo or combat arms
the hack doesnt work any other time other than when i made it
Can anyone help?

It's because the addresses you are presumably finding are dynamic addresses and, therefore, will change each time you load the game. You need to trace the addresses back to their base static addresses.
There are numerous tutorials on the forum discussing this, not to mention the tutorial shipped with CE.

Ah, well, in that case, then maybe you should dig around the Anti-Cheat Bypassing section. Or maybe something even simpler like enabling Kernel Mode debugging. *shrug*
At any rate, I suppose I should leave it up to someone with more experience in that area to answer your question as I don't want to lead you down the wrong path. The blind leading the blind and all that.
