Not those proxy sites like hidemyass etc

You can use proxy to seach the web without anyone knowing your IP. I use Mozilla Firefox here is how to program proxy in there and list of daily updated proxy's. Proxy's die overtime each lasts about 1-7 days.
PROGRAM PROXY'S IN MOZILLA:
Tools>Options>Advanced>Settings>Manual Proxy>Type in Proxy and Port.

I want to use a proxy for rebelouslamer thing.
And i live in the Netherland and it doesnt work.
So i need a US Proxy or something.
