My friend has got a problem with his pc, his AV recognizes it as a zip bomb.
How can he stop a zip bomb? His AV can't delete it, and the task manager doesn't show any extremities.
If you don't know what a zip bomb is, here's the wiki article:

He doesn't know where the virus is located. (he goes to the location where it is according to the AV, but doesn't find anything, windows search neiter finds anything)

It's a hidden file..
Try going to safe mode and deleting it using the command prompt.

| Yeah, target it in safemode. It won't execute at startup that way, allowing you to delete it. Its only a simple concept, so it shouldn't be hard to root out. Check your startup registry keys (or start-> run -> msconfig, startup tab; a little easier that way), and find out where it is. Kill the entry and delete the file(s). Done.
