Is this mobo ECS Elitegroup P45T-A hovedkort PGA775, FSB1333, 7.1 Audio, DDR2, ATX (P45T-A) compatible with ASUS Radeon HD 4870 X2 2048MB PCI-E ??

Seeing as I didn't buy any expensive motherboard when I bought my computer along with the ASUS Radeon HD 4870 I would say that it's fine, I'm not sure about your SLi connection though.. If there is two graphic card containers it should work fine.

Yes, it will work just fine as long as the board has a full 16x PCI-e connector.

Yes, it will work. Personally, I would have went with a better motherboard (especially if you're an overclocker) and a GPU that offers better price vs. performance.
