The first one is better but i recommend you visit best but and get a Quad-Core machine for that price (with the monitor, speakers, keyboard, and mouse)

How did B win display when it's at 14.1in vs A's 15,4in?

But I'd definitly go for A. 3GB ram vs 1 GB. Running vista on 1gig of ram doesn't sound like fun. 800MHz bus vs 533MHz. Cheaper.

But you're not going to be able to play games looking decently without a video card, though.
