I want to add a music player on my website.
the first is using my own computer to host the music player, the second is using a music player that is hosted by some good website.
so, this is what i want to know
1) how do i make a list of songs from my computer play on the website?
AND the music still continue to play even if the person clicks on a link
let's say for example i go to CEF
music starts playing
i click on Forum and it stills play
the second way i would like it is almost like the same one
this time the website hosts the music player for me, but what do i need to do with the code to make it play even when someone clicks on something
thank you so much to who helps me, i promise i will Plus Rep |

Google for Music-Flash player. (Or DivX, but people can see the link to the mp3-file, so I think it's illegal.)

Only possible if your own Computer has/is a webserver.
My Tip: Upload them to a host like bplaced.net or your own Webspace, and hide the download link as good as possible.
You know, Music streaming is allowed, Music-download isn't.

Two frames.
Head-Frame = Musicplayer.
Second frame = Site-Content. |

I have no idea how, but here's my opnion. If you click on a new link, it'll refresh the page, having the same song playing while it takes you to another page is well, I think not possible. Prove me Wrong.
Best to get a popup music player. _________________

You make a pop up window with a flash mp3 player that loads the song urls from a xml file on your website.
I can even make it for you if you want. |

sure
but will the music stop playing when someone click on a link, and i do not want it to open another window.
meaning like.....when i click REGISTER the music will continue to play and there will be no pop up ( another tab/window) |

Hmm, other than the way that Cry wanted to do, or have a pop-up/new tab, I'm not too sure if we can do it. Because if its just on one page, it'll dissapear if you click on a different link. BUT if you do it on all pages, it'll just keep on refreshing, which would be kind of annoying.
I think a pop-up is the easiest way to go |

I already said FRAMES are the best way to do it (IMO).
I posted an example up there^^. (Edited it btw.)
If you don't know that frames are:
