Most of them, but make sure it says it supports "Penryn" or 45nm Dual Cores.

Get a P35 or P45 board.

Most LGA775 Core 2 Duo-designed motherboards can support Penryn, although you might have to flash the BIOS to a newer version for support.

Look for a motherboard that supports socket 775... Most CPUs distributed by Intel like Intel Core Intel duo so forth are all socket 775 so pretty much any lattest motherboard will support it Very Happy to make sure read the motherboard info!
