Ok so in

It says I need 20 posts and have to be in CEF for (over) a week. I have more than 20 posts and have been in CEF for over a week. I st ill can't post urls in my signature. Can someone help me?[/url]

and the site can lag sometimes, it can come in a few hours or so(if its really 1 week)

If it says one week, then just wait a couple hours.

You and the site I'm sure have different time zones.
