i think the best AGP card you will get is a HD3850
but it will be held back (bottlenecked) by your other stuff

The graphics card can only execute whatever the pc tells it to, if your card is faster than the other parts, it cannot run at full speed.

I don't know, the 3850 seems like a good idea, it's currently on newegg for 143 USD.

Buying things FROM newegg isn't a bad idea because they are (mostly) a reseller. If people were talking about "rosewill is bad", id believe it, but buying things from NewEgg (like an EVGA mobo, Intel processor ) is not a bad idea.
