I'm not sure if this is in the right place.. But im quite positive if it isn't it will either get deleted/moved/ignored, so here goes...


For about 7 months i've become increasingly fascinated by everything hacking/game modifying related... so much so, that i've got a few questions:

1) How did you get into this side of things, hacking games, etc?
2) Did you have someone showing you the way, guiding you if you got stuck?
3) Did you learn on your own?
3a) If so, how did you teach learn without the aid of someones direct help?
4) How long did it take you to get where you are, and how would you rate yourself in terms of what you can do.



The reason im asking these questions is because im currently exploring all posibilities on how to venture off on my own and hack without the need of relying on others. I also want to be able to contribute to a community i so often take from. However im a little stumped as to where to start from... The only things i understand are how to freeze the time in flash games [thanks to a tutorial on here (i would give your name but i dont remember it, sorry)], and how to use the pre found addresses for maplestory. Which, in my eyes is considered as noob leeching, and thats not good enough in this kind of community!


If this is considered a silly post. then by all means flame me or ignore me. I do not mind... I'm a tough cookie..

[I first got into cheating at videos games with gamegenie for the nes that a friend had and let me use]

[no i learned everything by reading tutorials and trying it myself. im only just now started using code injection to solve my problems(and it does solve them). but i cant help to feel i would be much more along if i asked questions or got a chance to talk to some who knew more but i always kept my questions to myself]

[yes untill i met the cheatengine forum and found it was full of alot of nice people so i started asking questions]

[nope didnt get help untill i started posting on these forums]

[i still think of myself as a newbie even if i can blow though the tutorial app in a few min]

i started by playing Muonline untill a fwend of my gave me a 1hithack.
that's when i stared

no1 show me anything just from all the reading got me this far

3) Did you learn on your own?
i learned from alot of reading ,search, testing even ifi got stuck just keep on trying

4) How long did it take you to get where you are, and how would you rate yourself in terms of what you can do.
if it a single player games about 5min or less
online game about 1 to 2 week or even more beside muonline Pserver lol 5 min
so far i know alot .well a bite about memory scanning
understanding a abit of hax and packet edit
but there still alot and alot of diff way to hack game so im just a newbi
