I'm trying to block a site. So my parents can never go on it. (Myspace).

How can I do that?

Edit: This website also, when I add it. I'm still able to connect to it..

Yeah, don't want my parents pressuring me about my grades.

properties>untick read-only
edit hosts with notepad
add "127.0.0.1 myspace.com" as a new line
no quotes

Easily bypassable. You could also block it via router.

In vista i can't change the etc's folder readonly status.
I also would like to block websites...
I'm using Firefox... Vista SP1

block it in your antivirus/firewall, then it will say page blocked malicious etc. and they won't want to click it

Anyway,if you're using mozzilla,just go to options and find anything that you can add address to( i mean block it).
I guess they won't be so sucessfull,then..
