i'm newbie for hacking, so dont understand many thing.
i'm trying hack Hp game DOMO.
after i'm doing first scan and hit (decrease my hp), few of address the value decrease same time and same value. so which value was the real?

another test, i'm freeze the all same address and change the value..
my value Hp on game is blank (maybe i input value to big) and if i been het my value on CE decrease a little bit and back to value again but my char at game could be that cause my Hp was decrease and could be dead if i been hit many time.
is that mean the value just change it at screen but actually didnt change at system...
i'm do something wrong with CE?

another information, i'm doing same thing with game perfect world too.
i found 1 address but after change value the problem same with above problem.

If its an online game (like perfect world) changing your HP will have no effect. Basically the server overrrides your changes. That variable among others is server-side or sync'ed or however else you want to refer to the process by which the server has the last say. I would suggest practicing on other, singleplayer, games first If you don't have experience of many different games and methods of finding addresses, you will never know if its your fault a change isn't working or whether its out of your hands.
