What would i change this to do so that it would do nothing? I have tried numerous times but I am unable to figure it out.

Also, i Tried Noping it but that didnt work.

Change those to NOPs. I have a feeling that you are doing a codecave. Remember that those original instructions are executed again in the codecave that CE sets up. There is no need to codecave, just replace both instructions with NOPs.

If you tried it maybe you didn't nop out all of the bytes or it is the wrong instruction for what your wanting to hack.
