well whenever im done using cheat engine i hit exit and later when i use it, it wont work i found that redownloading fixes it. any other solutions?

make sure to run as admin., because it sounds like you don't have write access to already existing files.

Or instead of installing to c":\program files\cheat engine" install to "c:\fubwub"
