Laugh if you want, i forgot my only account's password on windows XP. I'm currently on my older bro's PC for the night. I was wondering if any of you knew how to reset it w/o the CD. I can't get into command prompt (Even in safe mode w/ command prompt) so i can't use netuser. Ofc, i'm googling atm but it may take a while and not find a solution so if any of you can help it'd be greatly appreciated.

Edit: i'm on windows xp home edition i hear there are some differences.

go in safe mode and use the admin acc

I read that after i posted but the account i'm trying to get on is my admin, isn't it the same account and therefore would have a password, right?

Edit@oib: i'm locked out of the computer, i can't download or run anything.

"Administrator" account doesn't have a password by default
