probably wow but i don't play its been around awhile and is very popular but if u want a free game try flyff or try mmorpg.com for more sites click game list

And never play pServers, takes away the fun.
Also, Warhammer > WoW.
You get mad EXP though PVP. Also, RvR is amazing.
