To make it removed, but not crash my program (I already tried nop)

How about jumping into a codecave then nopping. Or go further up the dissasembler and change or nop the eax before the value gets loaded.

it's most likely the part where the instruction looke mike "instruction eax,otherRegisterOrMemoryAddress"
with eax as first param
