| Something simple that allows me to remove the school blockers that i can host off my own computer, that way when it gets blocked i can just reset my ip, and so it will be faster then public proxys.

I dont think it would work at school, They block everything trying to make a connection that they dont allow. Like I put (back in msfag days) I put maplestory on a hard drive and tried to play at school and it wouldnt let gameguard connect.

I would set the server up on my home computer and just type it in as a website...
