Well, i want to make a website for some stuffs and i want to make it simple but has some looks

im hosting it using my computer, just like hosting a maple registration site

but i dont want anything to do with SQLs

here i how simple it is and yet i do not know how to do it.....

Back ground: Any Pic Or Something Good Looking

When i have a download link i want to have a button that saids "download and a box next to that Button with a description

so its like just a background and style sheets and some icons....

if anyone knows how to do this please reply back, i will +rep

All you should need is HTML to make the webpage. http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=244769
dreamweaver would make it even easier, though.
