As title says.. I wnna put a movie on one. Do I HAVE to have a different drive or w/e for it?

i had one but it didnt work.

You can't burn anything with any video content on it , well you can but any Player will not be able to read it

a rom cannot burn anything it can only read
u shud buy a dvd writer , there only 50$

Actually, they're pretty cheap.
It's really around $25 nowadays in Australia.
