I think this was the best thread to post my problem in, since it says

Anyways.

How come every time i try to put a picture in my signature and save it, it says i need more post?

It says in the rules thread that i need 20 posts and need to be 1 week old.

I satisfy both of these requirement and still can not add a link into my signature (or anywhere else). I am able to have an avatar though.
