Is there such thing as a process manager?
It is obviously slowing down my computer, or is there a way i can end them and keep them "ended", so they dont come back everytime i start my computer up?
or can someone link me or give me a list of NECESSARY processes?
OR can someone tell me which ones to end?
Thanks guys
Heres a pic of all my processes

Er, I don't see a pic.
Delete any processes that are under your username, and aren't Explorer.exe or Taskmanager.exe.

Here's what you do:
Click the username tab and delete the processes I told you to delete.

| Run>msconfig then go to the Startup tab and uncheck whatever you don't want to run on start up.

| Knock yourself out just look at where the file is located before you uncheck it because I wouldn't recommend unchecking anything located in WINDOWS or your sound drivers.

If msconfig is difficult for you to understand, download and install microsoft windows defender. Inside that program there is a tool called software explorer where you can disable the programs that you don't need.
Plus it's gives you a easier name and the description of each program.
For msconfig...
Whatever you do, don't disable anything that has to do with iTunes. I've done it once and fucks everything up even I turn it back on.
ctfmon.exe: used for additional language inputs. Allowed to disable if not in use. This is not the same as viewing a website in a different language output.
jusched: Java console, disabled it.
