I know how to do internet website becuase their are so many software like. IP Hider, Hide Real IP, hide Real IP NG, Easy Hide IP, Ninja Surfing. etc.... But no one of those program works on applications like a .exe

Depending on the program you could configure it to work with ToR ( The onion router). What .exe is it? A game is my guess..
