actually Miley, no. but most of them do you it for there company so customers can call without being charge. and there called toll free numbers. they use it so people are encourage to call them instead of this scenario:
1. Guy sees add and wants to buy it
2. But then he realize that he got to pay if he calls
3. So he didn't and the company had one less product bought
