there called isochronic tones i suggest the tone called wave some people say it feels really simular to pot and isochronic tones are proven to be more effective than binuaral beats because your brain dosent have to to do anything to get a effect from isochronic tones and while your doing them a good technique to clear your mind is to count 1 when you breath in and 2 when you breath out and i almost forgot you dont need headphones but headphones increase the tones effect and you can listen to them as much as you want just dont do it in or with heavy machinery a car, chainsaw and as of right now they say there safe but that may change in the future so i take no responsibly to damage done
